Annual rate by credit secured by real estate has been reduced

Now loan terms are the following: interest rate is 22,9 % annual, one-time fee for credit issue is 1% from credit limit amount, credit limit is up to 70 % from cost of collateralized property. During the first year if credit use clients have grace period, credit repayment starts from the second year of lending.
