Lending purpose – any purposes that do not contravene effective legislation of Ukraine

Form of loan – revolving credit line

Collateral – is real estate owned by the borrower or members of its family

Minimum loan amount – UAH 25 000

Maximum loan amount – UAH 500 000

Maximum credit limit amount  – not more than 70% from collateral value

Annual interest rate – 24,9%

Fee for credit funds management (provisions) – 0,0137% of unused credit limit per day

Credit repayment – on monthly basis, in equal parts, starting from the first of thirteen month of credit use (upon choice of the customer)

Insurance of pledged property; insurance against accident; title insurance of collateral (if necessary) in insurance companies accredited in the Bank
