• You need not lose time and money for completion of documents every time you want to withdraw money within opened credit line. Credit contract and documents connected with collateral are completed only once;

• Interests for credit line usage are accrued on the amount of real credit debt only
• No one-time fee at credit obtainment
• Grace period in the first year of loan usage. Principal repayment starts from the second year of loan usage

Maximum loan amount – UAH 500 000

Maximum credit limit amount  – not more than 70% from collateral value

Annual interest rate – 19,9%

One-time establishment for loan granting – 1,5% of credit limit amount

Fee for unused credit limit – 0,0137% of unused limit per day

Loan repayment schedule – monthly by equal parts starting from the second year of loan usage

Insurance of real estate acting as security and title insurance of collateral (if required) in insurance companies accredited at the Bank.
