Business Development Loan

Loan is issued to private entrepreneurs / business entities with business experience not less than 2 years.

Form of loan extension: loan or revolving credit line

Loan term is defined on individual basis, considering peculiarities of your business

Minimum loan amount is UAH 25 thousand or equivalent in other currencies

Collateral – residual and commercial real estate. Pledged object can be owned either by a Client or any other person- guarantor.

Insurance

The property submitted as credit security shall be insured to the crediting term + 90 days only by insurance companies accredited by the Bank. Total amount of insurance coverage for all collateral shall be not less than 120% of credit amount or maximum credit limit.

For preliminary determination of crediting terms and calculation of credit limit you need to submit to the Bank the registration documents, financial statements for the last business year and documents by collateral
